5 Small Business Registration Process 1. APPLICATION: Completed application will be approved/declined within 1 business day. 2. MEMBERSHIP: After your firm is approved for membership, a temporary online marketing profile (status=pending) will be set-up and available for review by our current Clients. This is a complimentary service. 3. MARKETING PROFILE: Your contact information, company description (250 character max), logo (optional), business hours and industry will be published in your online marketing profile. 4. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: (a) Membership Approval: Your firm may purchase yearly membership subscription (based on your firms annual gross revenue). Your temporary profile will be deleted within 30 days. (b) Upon Receipt of Payment: Your firm will receive a Third Party Verification Package via . This package must be completed and returned to McElroy Enterprises within 90 days of receipt. (c) Marketing Profile Update: Your firms an online marketing profile will be set-up with a STATUS OF PENDING APPROVAL, your capability statement will be added, before/after shots of your work, video, and presentation(s). Then your profile is available for active viewing by our Clients. The description section of the profile will include information we are able to validate. (d) Credential Validation Completion: Your firms capabilities, current/past performance, partners, certifications, etc. are added to your profile and profile status will change from PENDING to APPROVED. (e) Businesses and/or Agencies Target Market: After your profile is completed, we will contact and market your profile to our existing Clients and to a maximum of three (3) additional primes, private, public, non-profit and/or government agencies. Note: Firm application declined may re-apply after 30 days (no exceptions).
