3 13 th High School Site The School Division s Capital Improvements Program (CIP) calls for a 13 th high school in the western PWC area to open in September 2021 The high school has been delayed twice in the CIP due to lack of a suitable site PWCS staff have investigated many sites in the western PWC area There is a very limited supply of buildable 80 +/- acre sites in western PWC November 9,
4 Search for Site to Relieve the Western PWC Area History of our search for a high school site Specifically identified as a CIP need in the CIP (spring 2010) for September 2019 opening Delays due to no site CIP delayed one year to CIP delayed again one year to 2021 Have met with PWC Planning Office, BOCS members to gain their recommendations and suggestions November 9,

15 Transportation Evaluation of Site Access from Linton Hall Road at Rollins Ford Existing Traffic Signal Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) is being conducted and will be submitted with the PFR Road improvements determined by results of TIA November 9,
