Please welcome Cornel Martin, President & CEO of Waterways Council, who will be in St. Louis on a newspaper editorial board tour. The reception and dinner will include organized discussion of the latest on river lock funding and the challenges ahead, with our members and colleagues concerned with river infrastructure.
