11 reminders on graduation robe you are responsible for the care of the graduation robe graduation robe will be considered sold if found damaged or lost requests for the changing of sizes after the collection of graduation robes are subject to availability

13 how to care for rented graduation robe no need to wash the graduation robe and hood iron with a piece of thin cloth on top of the hood or robe

28 important reminders graduates need to report to marshals at chancellor hall basement at 7:00 am and 1:15 pm graduates need to be at assembly point at least half an hour before procession starts names will be crossed out and will not be allowed to join the convocation inform parents not to go towards the stage to take pictures take turns when taking pictures with HM and DPMM

29 important reminders graduate procession starts 8:15 am and 2:15 pm arrive early to avoid traffic congestion refreshments will not be served during rehearsals food vendors stationed in chancellor hall light refreshments served during morning session of convocation only seating arrangements may change at the last minute
