J., the great granddaughter of Rear Admiral Augustus Ludlow Case, has been selected to sponsor the U.S.S. CAa. The U.S.S. CGNYNG3U.M will be sponsored by Mrs. Alice Conyngham Gifford Johnson, the great great granddaughter of Captain Conyngham, Mrs. Johnson is nov living at Charlfcrd, Sedalia, Colorado. Tho name assigned by the Navy Department to Submarine SS378, being built at the Electric Boat Company, GEoton, Conn., has been changed to 'PERMIT, It is the policy of the Navy Department to assign the names of fishos to submarines, and, after consideration, it has been decided that FEIMIT would be more appropriate as a Lame.
