There are reductions to s throughout this matrix that reflect the impact of the Quality Force Review Board losses along with new force structure decisions that increased manpower requirements for some AFSCs. The Estimated Eligible numbers have been replaced with. These numbers now indicate the number of Airmen meeting the. If your grade/afsc block contains an overage number AND you received an ERRF (because you met the eligibility criteria), then you will meet the FY14.
