Indoneian Ocean Policy Preidential Decree Number 16 of 2017 ha been iued on 20 February Baed on Indoneian Development Viion (Law No. 17 of 2007 concerning the Long-term National Development Plan and Law No. 32 of 2014 concerning Local Government). A guideline for minitrie/non miniterial intitution and local government to plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate the development in the maritime ector in order to implement Global Maritime Fulcrum. Global Maritime Fulcrum i the viion of Indoneia to become a overeign, advanced, independent trong maritime nation that i able to provide poitive contribution for peace and ecurity of the region a well to the world in accordance with it national interet.

Principle of Indoneian Ocean Policy Baed on ix baic principle : 1) Wawaan Nuantara, 2) utainable development, 3) blue economy; 4) integrated and tranparent management; 5) participation and 6) equality and equitability. Blue Economy i a model for economic development which integrate land and maritime development while taking into account the carrying capacity of natural reource and environment. In principle, the reource of land, ea and air hould be ynergized to become Indoneia trength.
