17 European Council 7-8 February 2013 The three large infrastructure projects of Galileo, ITER and GMES will be financed ( ) with an amount of 12,793 million. In order to ensure sound financial management and financial discipline, the maximum level of commitments for each of these projects will be laid down in the MFF Regulation as follows: Galileo: 6,300 million ITER: 2,707 million GMES: 3,786 million The EU has done its bit. It is now up to you

Each sector gets missing info (+ ~40% for Transport) Minimum interconnection cost (Common IT 'semantics' and 'translator to 'plug' on existing systems') More efficient sectorial maritime surveillance (enhanced picture) More cost efficient deployment of assets (ships, planes, satellites) MS can build up better maritime governance
