2 A&FRF Mission n Assist commanders, military personnel and their families and DoD civilians balance the unique demands of the military mission and family responsibilities. n Objective: Ensure we are providing support services that adequately prepare members and their families for all facets of Readiness Provide services and support when and where they are needed

3 Community Readiness Consultants n Liaison with unit commander s/first sergeants n Conducts assessments, focus groups, interviews n Assists with identifying unit needs based upon mission, input from personnel, and trends n Proposes action/implementation plans utilizing all available resources on and off base.

11 Key Spouses Program n Program is partnership between the Key Spouse, organizational leadership & A&FRC n Key Spouses Program provides: * a framework for stability and support * enhance the flow of communication by informing, referring and supporting families * enhance mission readiness n Key Spouses are volunteers and are selected by the squadron commander

12 Heart Link Program n Increases spouse awareness of mission, customs, traditions, protocol, and support resources and services * fun-filled day of interactive games, presentations, and prizes * childcare and lunch are provided
