5 Key Areas Army transitioning to enterprise resource planning solutions (ERP) creates opportunities for improvement as well as challenges Using External Audit to better see ourselves, such as: Identified shortfalls at enterprise level in policy and systems Highlighted critical point of concern - Formal Acceptance by Government into Accountable Property System of Record (APSR) Underscored need to institutionalize GFP accountability and auditability training Learning from OSD and Joint partners to leverage Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) and Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) to manage GFP 5
