14 U.S. Chamber s Hiring Our Heroes Foundation Military Spouse Employment Advisory Council The Military Spouse Employment Advisory Council (MSEAC) is one of the first private sector led councils formed specifically to address military spouse unemployment. The MSEAC concentrates on connecting spouses to national and local employers of every size and industry. This select group of companies with proven track records and innovative spouse recruitment initiatives of their own focuses not on words but on actions that address the unique employment challenges that military spouses
