Planners need to focus their efforts on identifying the minimum number of assets required to fulfil a selected range of mission objectives. 2 OUR COMPANY HISTORY Apache Aviation was founded in 1982 by Jacques BOTHELIN, the current CEO, with the aim of operating a civilian aerobatic display team.
