7 LEDS GP Proposed Priorities for 2016 Strengthen Capacity for LEDS and INDC Implementation: Enable peer learning, share good practices, and offer training and technical assistance to countries to strengthen policies and measures and use of effective instruments for mobilizing private and public investment to support LEDS and INDC implementation. Build Enduring Momentum for LEDS and INDCs: Share approaches and facilitate access to knowledge on analysis and communication of LEDS development benefits and effective LEDS planning with broad stakeholder engagement. Facilitate Access to Assistance: Enable access to resources and support from LEDS assistance programs and connect governments with experts for responsive support to government assistance.

9 NEW DIRECTIONS FOR 2016 Expanded support to countries on INDC and LEDS implementation including: Investment mobilization for INDC and LEDS priorities Deeper support for sector policies and measures and integrated national and sub-national action Enhanced benefits analysis and communication Launch technical collaboration with countries that are early adopters and will serve as models for others Expand LEDS GP data and analysis on country INDC and LEDS priorities and progress along with enhanced tools for assessing impacts Strengthen engagement of the private sector, subnational governments, academia and civil society in LEDS GP activities Enable learning on transformative and innovative approaches for scaling up action and further support LEDS leadership through award program, fellowship, and other means (LEDS university concept)
