CNU Scholarships A. Academic Performance Scholarships (Freshmen only) - Scholarship 1 : TuitionⅠ,Ⅱ and admission fee waiver for the first semester - Scholarship 2 : TuitionⅡ waiver for the first semester - Scholarship 3 : Half of the tuitionⅡ waiver for the first semester - Scholarship 4 : TuitionⅠ and admission fee waiver for the first semester B. CNU Scholarship Ⅱ - 2-year Scholarship: Tuition and admission fee waiver for 2 years (4 Semesters) - First Semester Scholarship: Tuition and admission fee waiver for the first semester - First semester Partial Scholarship: First semester tuition waiver 1,000,000 KRW Conditions of Keeping the Scholarship: GPA 3.0 or above in the previous semester (For the first semester, GPA 2.5 or above), Scholarship may be canceled if student s status changes.(e.g. leave of absence, withdrawal Scholarship offers may change. 7. Application Fee: 60,000 won(krw) Applicants who do not pay the application fee will not be eligible to apply Application Fee Refund Policy(In most cases, the application fee is non-refundable. However, exceptions may be made based on the following circumstances)

5 Reason for Refund Over-payment of the application fee (will only refund the fee except the transferring fee & may not refund if the transferring fee exceeds the actual amount of the refund) Failure to submit application due to reasons caused by the university Failure to complete application due to natural disaster Failure to complete application due to the applicant s hospitalization (from an illness or accident) or death. Documents in other languages must be accompanied by Korean or English translations. 10. Additional Notes A. When filling out the online application, the applicant must fill out his full name as in his passport. After completing the online application it is not allowed to change a department. B. Course completed or expected to graduate applicants must submit an official verification of graduation or completion within 15 days of admission to the Office of International Affairs. C. After the acceptance of admission, even if the Statement of Financial Resource(Form 4) is already submitted, the current bank statement(more than USD 18,000) of financial guarantee is required to apply for a visa. D. Students who submitted forged documents may be disqualified. E. Applicants who provided incorrect contact information or failed to communicate may be disqualified. F. Submitted documents and application fees will neither be returned nor refunded.(original certificate of graduation will be returned after the application process is completed.) G. CNU will not reveal the evaluation records of each application process under any circumstances. H. Matters that are not included in this guide shall proceed according to the CNU's evaluation methods.
