Send it to exchange.outgoing@vub.ac.be Follow up via Student Selfservice Approval Faculty VUB Faculty evaluates your Learning agreement 24

25 Application Procedure Approval Host Institution Official Approval SAC sends nomination & Learning Agreement to host institution Start application at host institution After exam results: VUB Faculty evaluates and officially approves your exchange program Departure Package All three parties signed Learning Agreement + final approval Receive departure package (contract, grant, etc.) Take-off Meeting Take-off meeting before departure (May 2016) 25
