2 WELCOME TO THE LAC HEALTH SERVICE.- INDUCTION PACK This pack is to be used in conjunction with normal induction process as per Perth CHP. Your line manager will have met with you regarding this. It is expected that LAC nurses will be familiar with training policies and procedures as per expectations of a Registered nurse. Additional training such as the Speakeasy Programme will be accessed as per agreement and in discussion with your line manager. LAC nurses will be trained in how to undertake the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ). There will be training on the LAC/GIRFEC health assessment and referral procedures (separate to this Pack).
