Identify tools and best practices in developing successful affiliations and partnerships with pediatric hospitals. Phillips is the Senior Vice President of Operations at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio since Jamie leads the administrative functions for inpatient, outpatient and research areas for The Heart Center service line. In addition, Jamie has responsibility of hospital-wide laboratory, regional hospitalist and community pediatric operations. Previous she led the hospital-wide supply chain operations and procurement services. She has extensive years of diverse health care administration experiences with leading edge health care delivery systems and organizations, including Trinity Health System, Novi, Michigan, Cincinnati Children s Medical Center and OhioHealth Corporation, Columbus, Ohio. Jamie earned her Master s Degree in Healthcare Administration from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. She has a Bachelor s in Science from Ohio University in Healthcare Administration with minor in Business Administration. Jamie serves as an adjunct professor in Health Administration for Franklin University. Jamie is an active fellow with American College of Healthcare Executives. 4 2

5 Daniel E. Barr Daniel E. Barr (Dan) is the Vice President of Operations at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio since Nationwide Children's Hospital is the largest children s hospitals in America. Mr. Barr leads the administrative functions for inpatient, outpatient and research areas for Hem/Onc/BMT service line. In addition, Mr. Barr has responsibility of hospital-wide employee safety with the focus on developing and executing interventions to achieve zero preventable employee injuries. Prior to NCH, Dan worked at University Hospitals of Cleveland, University of Pennsylvania Health System, Tenet Health Care and Community Health Systems. Dan is a recipient of the American College of Healthcare Executive s Regent Award for Early Healthcare Executive, University of Central Florida s College of Health and Public Affairs Rising Star, as well as the 2016 "Outstanding Alumni". He was also the Nationwide Children's Hospital Business Process Improvement Champion of the Year in 2015 and the recipient of the Dr. John P.
