IBT covers travel time and cost and addresses inconsistencies with exceptional travel which occurs in rural communities. Improvements for Carer Workforce: this was targeted funding provided to Home and Community Support providers to aid improvement in the retention of support workers, promote er development and increased skills levels, provide fairer wages and provide a better quality of serviced to consumers. From 2016, this funding has transitioned to Home and Community Support within the fee for service funding and will not be reported as a separate funding line or service.
