Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. (6.25 for Day 1 and 4.0 for Day 2) California Nursing Contact Hours This activity has been approved for a total of 12 California State Nursing contact hours by the provider, Debora Simmons, who is approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number CEP (7.5 for Day 1 and 4.5 for Day 2) Pennsylvania CLE Credits This program has been approved by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania s Continuing Legal Education Board for up to a total of 10.5 substantive credits.
