2 The Group at the glance DomusVi, founded in 1983, is one of the leading group in accommodation and services for independent or dependent seniors in Europe. With more than 300 nursing homes, 15 senior residences, 18 psychiatric hospitals, 60 home-care agencies, DomusVi proposes a full range of services to its 55, 000 customers in France, Spain and China. DomusVi employs over 30, 000 people in France and Spain. In France For more than 35 years, the group has been present in France, a specialist in accommodation and home services for the elderly. DomusVi is the third-largest private French operator with nursing homes, residential homes and home care agencies. In Spain In Spain, the group is a merger of two companies, Geriatros and SARquavitae, forming Spain s number one leading provider of elderly care and home care services with nursing homes, psychiatric clinics, day care centers and teleassistance call service. In China 2017 saw the opening of the group s first residence in Xi an in China. The group and its Chinese partners aim to develop and manage many nursing homes and residential homes. 1/2

We are committed to the operational excellence of our services to our customers, which has formed the bedrock of our reputation for the last 35 years. Our strategy is based on the qualitative excellence of our offer, going far beyond regulatory compliance and setting our own criteria for the quality and support for the elderly, from home care to nursing homes. 5 Strategy and perspectives With nursing homes, residential homes, home care agencies and psychiatric clinics, the DomusVi group is one of the only operator to offer a full range of accommodation and services for dependent or autonomous seniors. DomusVi is the partner which provides customised solutions to support elderly on daily basis. Our strategy is centered around two key priorities: quality and development. Participate in the improvement of public policies by translating the notion of a journey through the synergy between home care services, senior residential homes and nursing homes. Continuously improve the life and care projects implemented by our employees for the benefit of our residents. Engage in external growth through targeted and qualitative acquisitions both in France and abroad.

7 A year in review From March 2017 to March 2018 FEBRUARY, 19th 2018 Spain: Casta Arévalo, a center specialized in Mental Health Care from DomusVi Group, inaugurates a new building with the Infanta Elena de Borbón. NOVEMBER, 24th 2017 Spain: DomusVi foundation rewards initiatives... MAY, 8th 2017 China: DomusVi Group inaugurated its first residence in Xi An in China. JANUARY, 18th 2018 France: Acquisition of the medical residence Le Château de La Brague in Antibes, French Riviera. NOVEMBER, 3rd 2017 Spain: DomusVi, the new brand of the group in Spain. APRIL, 27th 2017 France: Inauguration of the Senior Services Residence Les Templitudes. JANUARY, 8th 2018 China: Agnès Buzyn, the French Minister of Solidarities and Health visited the DomusVi-Union Hospital in Xi an. SEPTEMBER, 25th 2017 China: Signing ceremony of the agreement between DomusVi Group and Fortrust Fund. APRIL, 20th 2017 France: A new chapter opens for DomusVi s brand in France.

8 Group s Milestones 2018 DomusVi Group announces that ICG and Yves Journel have closed their acquisition of a majority stake in the DomusVi Group Opening of the first DomusVi residence in Xi'an, China. Acquisition of SARquavitae in Spain, comprising 88 nursing homes, 21 day care homes, assisted living homes, centers for the disabled, psychiatric institutions, home help and home care establishments. DomusVi Group becomes the leading private operator in Spain Acquisition of Domidom Soins 537 home care places including 40 ESA places (Alzheimer s Special Team) Aymar Hénin is appointed CEO of DomusVi Group. Acquisition of Geriatros, the third largest private operator in Spain: nearly 40 establishments (Including four psychiatric institutions with a total of 5,800 beds) Signing of a partnership to create nursing homes in China Merging of DomusVi and Dolcéa/GDP Vendôme. The new entity, comprising 212 nursing homes, 8 senior citizen assisted living homes and 5 convalescence homes. It becomes the third private operator in France Creation of Dolcéa/GDP Vendôme Creation of DomusVi by Yves Journel.

9 Human resources Our core business sectors are inherently demanding in the sense that we care for very old people, the vast majority of whom are confused and dependent. To meet this challenge, DomusVi Group is committed to three main areas that shape its human resources policy: A selective and rigorous recruitment process. Continual refreshment of its employees skills in order to guarantee residents the care they need, as well as providing its employees with a progressive career path. A human resources policy that values professional excellence and continuity of service to residents and families. The Group carries out its actions in strict compliance with legal obligations, but also sets its own quality standards by allocating resources accordingly. Finally, each home has sufficient autonomy to implement actions adapted to its own plans, intrinsically linked to its environment.

10 Corporate Social Responsability The DomusVi Group s CSR approach involves all of its facilities and employees. Social aspect Continuous training ensures that all of our employees are more knowledgeable and proficient, with a long-term commitment to the wellbeing of our residents. Equal opportunities and the fight against discrimination ensure that working conditions are in line with our values, and in particular, with respect for others. Environmental aspect The management of nursing homes and residential homes results in a significant amount of waste. The group is committed to reducing the impact of its activities through ongoing communication and the implementation of internal processes. Selective waste sorting is a perfect illustration of this: Household and similar waste, waste from health-care activities with risk of infection, batteries, bulbs, printer ink cartridges, paper, wood, iron, bulky objects, chemicals, etc. Energy savings also reinforce the Group s CSR approach. Financial aspect The company is committed to managing its activities with the aim of creating and developing long-term jobs and thus fully integrating itself as a sustainable operator and partner within the social fabric of its geographical location.
