The majority of these opportunities are available at no cost and occur on a regularly scheduled basis, so it s even easier for you to participate. Arthritis Foundation Tai Chi Tai Chi for Arthritis is easy and enjoyable to learn, bringing with it the many healthy benefits safely and quickly. Medical studies have shown this program helps people with arthritis reduce pain and improve on many aspects of health. This program is based on the Sun style tai chi, chosen because of its healing component. Besides the fundamental set of 12-movement tai chi, it contains warm-up, wind down and Qigong breathing exercises. Instructor: Bob Bennett.
