2 / 2 Welcome! Meet Your OA Manager Vittorio Esposito Al Muneera is managed by Vittorio Esposito, who has managed properties in the Raha Beach area of Abu Dhabi and in Dubai s Business Bay. Prior to OA management, he was in facilities management in Dubai s Jumeriah Beach area. He is a certified Manager by Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA). Abu Dhabi adopted a new real estate law requiring Manager licensing and upon availability of the course and examination, he will complete the coursework to become licensed in Abu Dhabi. Vito, as he is fondly called, is readily available at v.esposito@khidmah.com or Vittorio is from Italy but has been in the UAE for nineteen years. 3 / 3 Community Events Aloha Abu Dhabi The community was host to Aloha Abu Dhabi at the retail waterfront from 23 rd to 27 th March. Residents and guests had a chance to eat and shop in unique fashion on the waterfront walk. Retailers commented that the foot traffic the event brought into their stores was remarkable. Plans are in the works for a Beach Carnival which will be held the summer of Watch for more information to come electronically and via flyer. And be sure to save the date! A Breast Cancer Awareness event will be conducted in October Residents and guests will learn more about the disease and what to do to catch it early on. Aloha Abu Dhabi

SWIMMING LESSONS The Khidmah Clubhouse Team in cooperation with Al Muneera Community Management is launching swimming lessons. Our professional swimming coach, Dan, has been teaching for over four years and specializes in all areas from children of 6 months old to adults, beginners to advanced squad level, remedial instruction to technical stroke correction. The association has been working diligently on the following common area elements to maintain the quality of life and value of the community property: upgraded firefighting, access control and security system software; refurbishment of driveways and building entrance doors; installation of new signage; and coordination of additional retail outlet fit-outs. As communities age, investment in common area infrastructure is important, and funds are required to complete these tasks. Management appreciates your assistance paying service charges in a timely manner. Community Safety Concern: Cooking on Balconies and Disposal of Cigarette Butts With the approach of the warmer season and increased use of balconies and terraces, Al Muneera Community Management reminds all residents to be respectful of their neighbors and community. There are many dangers related to cooking on balconies and we wish to emphasize the danger of cigarette stubs, ash, refuse and other items being accidentally dropped, and at times disrespectfully disposed, from the units. Community management in cooperation with security will not hesitate to involve police authorities for residents that disregard these warnings and ignore this very real danger. Visitor Log-In at Reception Desks Al Muneera Community Management would like to remind you to please ensure that all your visitors (cleaning companies, maintenance service providers and guests) register their details at the provided log books at individual reception desks of each building. Our reception staff will assist with the log in procedure and the utmost privacy will be respected. Such practice only takes a minute and will help our staff to ensure the safety of all our residents. Furthermore, Al Muneera Community Management would like to remind you all that our colleagues have been instructed not to collect or keep any personal items, especially apartment access cards, keys or access codes. Your cooperation and understanding is greatly appreciated. Pet Etiquette Reminder Al Muneera is a pet-friendly community. We welcome all types of four-legged friends to enjoy quiet, peaceful walks with their owners. Please remember these simple pet etiquette tips: Leash pets when they are outside; Scoop pet waste and dispose of it properly; Keep pets close to you when other pets and people are near; Control excessive barking; Don t leave pets out for long periods, especially during extreme weather conditions; Be mindful of your neighbors property and Al Muneera common areas; Ensure your pet has all necessary vaccinations, and provide a copy of the valid vaccination card to community management. Our aim is to ensure the safety and comfort of all our residents within the community; therefore, our security management team has been instructed to monitor and report violations. Management reserves the right to take action against those who do not comply.
