Neumann and J. Sorich. 4. Did the scheduling of SIG meetings make it more convenient to attend the meeting(s)? 278 Yes 30 No 53 No Response Comments: - This should not be scheduled at the same time as the valuable sessions (2). 3 6. Networking A. Rate the following (not at all) (completely) N/A - an adequate forum for networking sufficient time allotted for networking was it worthwhile Comments: - Due to poor attendance (2). - I am a new FNP. - CNE was great informative. - Presentation took a long time. - Some of the forums were mechanical and research based presentations were boring. Lymphedema Management presentation was the best. - We had come from a not so interesting session to see what lymphedema is about and were sad that we missed the beginning of the educational forum on lymphedema. 7. General Comments: - Great presentation. (3) - Interesting topic, very accessible information. (2) - Having attended many academic sessions it was surprising the attendance at this, what I see as a very important session. - Very helpful and encouragement from others (participants)( and networking awesome. - This was my first meeting and found it to be very helpful. - It seems strange to approve minutes a year later especially when few in the room were present perhaps an of minutes to members present for the approval. - More time excellent response by attendees. - Would like to have CE s for all courses including SIG meetings. I feel those meetings are very educational. - Nice to know what SIG is interested in opportunities to participate. - Ideas for Congress 2013: What QOPI certification means to you; what juggling various regulatory requirements; Scheduling Guidelines to prevent Chemotherapy rush hour. - Great meeting Thank you! (2) - Many interesting topics discussed food for thought, and possible newsletter topics and planning to become more involved. - Great networking opportunity (2). - Liked the SIG meetings better when not scheduled during major sessions. - Would like meetings a bit more spread out. - Good need a little more time to network. - Navigation SIG very well organized - Thanks! - Very helpful (5). - New to nurse navigator role came to glean infor. - Great chance to talk with other rad/onc. Nurses. - I am new to Rad. Onc. Was offered many ideas, websites, and communication tools thanks! - Great meeting, its fun to connect with other rad nurses. - Great meeting would be great to have nurses at meeting addresses. - Quoting old studies not helpful. Would have like to hear more about US Preventative Task Force guidelines on manes and paps. - I thought it was great how they did real cast studies and made us participate. It gave a better outlook to solving ethical/hospice issues: great job! (2) - It was interesting. I understood the presentation very well. - Great networking and resources gave me hope as a new nurse navigator. - Webinar, , discussion, board, Sunday Worship, Chapel type room CEU type class, posters, SIG specific Congress/readership.

4 7. General Comments (cont.): - I am a total novice. I picked this session because I learn best with case studies. Interesting but I m just not savvy enough to really get it. Very impressive how many questions that arise for their families. I made a list of terms I heard to look up and study on my own. The last care study was pretty amazing. - I would be interested in speaking ran out of business cards (Eileen Dehm). - Sorry I am unable to assist at this time. - Longer session lots to discuss and learn. - Excellent presentation on lymphedema management. Unable to complete most of questions. - Excellent presentation, though further into billing management that I expected. Very informative just not as relevant to my practice at this time. - This is my first meeting and it sparked an interest. Want to keep this SIG ongoing. - Unfortunately I am not a SIG member. I do chemo for some of these patients at home. - Wonderful presentation for caregivers. - It would be nice to develop an ongoing program that supports the caregiver and in practice have time for supporting the caregiver. - M. Bevens awesome great information Thank you! - Wonderful presentation very interesting and enjoyed the websites given for resources. - Great talk, very informative relevant to my practice. - Class was not what I expected this should be required for all ONS nurses. - Separate SIG meetings to help attend more. There were 4 SIGs meetings I wanted to attend that were held at the same time. - Do not like having to choose between a SIG meeting and an educational session. - Excellent information; great resources. Will share with my staff. Especially the educational resources. - Would like more meetings during Congress and breakdown topics. - CTN, great SIG meeting will be a great resource for me in my work setting. - I thought it was interesting. - Very excited to be a new member. - Good. - Very excellent! - I need to be more active in the SIG (Nancy Marou). - No CNEs. - Navigation worked on Saturday. - It would have been helpful if disease specific groups were coordinated instead of having RNs self-network. If we were groups together, we all could have heard the same thing. (2) - I appreciate educational presentation during SIG time as was CNEs also available during the conference. - Having a joint presentation with Home Care & Palliative Care SIG was great but no one stayed at the Ethics planning meeting.
