5 Mission, Vision and Values Mission The mission of BJC School Outreach and Youth Development (SOYD) is to empower K-12 grade youth to make the best possible decisions regarding personal health, safety and health care career exploration. Vision The vision of BJC SOYD is to become a national premiere model for K-12 comprehensive school health education and career exploration.
