Vision The vision of BJC SOYD is to become a national premiere model for K-12 comprehensive school health education and career exploration. An assigned school staff member to work with the business partner Must haves: v Parental Consent forms v Emergency Contact Information v Immunization Records v Two step negative Tuberculosis skin tests (PPD) within past 12 months v Background check for criminal history (If 18 years or older) v Drug screening (If assigned in certain areas) v Copy of school liability policy
