9 How we create an RPM program for our clients Provide a pilot questionnaire to help target which patient population and disease is to be managed Create a project plan with milestones We train the clinicians/doctors through online tutorials or can send one of our trainers to train our client s face to face. We make 2 customizations on our software platform to white label the client s logo and branding to make the appearance in the mobile app and on the online portal look like their companies website. Can develop and setup a small scale pilot of minimum 50 patients in 1 month. Capable to have deployments and scale up to 10,000 or more kits/patients in 3 months.
