MOBILE TELEHEALTH TODAY Administration Pulse oximeter Wearables Glucometer Weight Scale Medication Event Monitoring System (MEMS) Transmission Hospital Network Analytics Healthcare Server Data Collection Secure Network Storage Clinician Hardened Tablet Monitoring Home Patient Transmission Support Stethoscope Blood Pressure Spirometer EKG Monitor Coagulometer Intervention
Portal 724 Successes Founder former executive with Panasonic in US started first pilot between the VA and Panasonic in 1999 Telehealth pioneers in the US Went through a rigorous vendor approval process HIPAA and ISO compliant Pyramid Analytics Business Intelligence Reports, best-in-class BI on the market Multi-language software platform Handle the logistics to deliver quality assured hardware to the patients home Provide a patient contact centre option Flexible business models
What Makes us different Canadian Company The founder of the company is a Canadian Citizen Serve over 60,000 patients Fortune 100 clients such as Optum, AMC Health, Panasonic Secured hardened tablet to collect clinical data One suitcase provides an easy to use mobile RPM solution Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems that automate patient and drug management, reduce errors and increase efficiency. Option to white label to provide branding opportunities for our clients New and innovative solutions such as MEMS and IoT devices
How we create an RPM program for our clients Provide a pilot questionnaire to help target which patient population and disease is to be managed Create a project plan with milestones We train the clinicians/doctors through online tutorials or can send one of our trainers to train our client s face to face. We make 2 customizations on our software platform to white label the client s logo and branding to make the appearance in the mobile app and on the online portal look like their companies website. Can develop and setup a small scale pilot of minimum 50 patients in 1 month. Capable to have deployments and scale up to 10,000 or more kits/patients in 3 months. We can handle the logistics our selves to deliver the kits directly to the patient and ready to use or work with our clients who have their own logistics department and deliver the kits to them. Start with a Pilot for 3 months and can collect enough data to prove a successful program and deploy and scale to a larger patient population
Our RPM can help manage many chronic illnesses Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) Diabetes Hypertension Acute Weight Loss Acute Weight Gain Atherosclerosis High Risk Pregnancy Asthma Chemotherapy Wound Management
