7 National Recognition Top Ranking - US News and World Report America s Best Graduate Schools 2 nd - School of Medicine Rural Medicine 9 th School of Medicine Family Medicine 7 th - College of Nursing Midwifery Program Project ECHO U.S. Senate unanimously passed the bipartisan Expanding Capacity for Health Outcomes (ECHO) Act by a vote of The House of Representatives passed the bill on Dec. 6, sending it to the President to be signed into law. The ECHO Act will increase access to specialized health care in rural and underserved areas nationally. 7
