Forms may be obtained from the Office of the Registrar. Students who officially withdraw from university with the approval of the University Dean will be assigned a grade of "W". This grade will not affect the overall scholastic average. Incidents of alleged academic misconduct will be handled through the established procedures of the University Judiciary Program, which includes either an informal resolution by a faculty member, resulting in a grade adjustment, of a formal hearing procedure, which may subject a student to the Code of Conduct s minimum one semester suspension requirement. 4

If disruption of campus life occurs while the student is in Swaziland, faculty will help the student in making arrangement for returning to KSU. However, students are personally responsible for any additional expenses incurred related to early departure from Swaziland.
