3 TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE:Sec (i) The facility's maintenance log shall include routine checks at least every other month of all supports, above and below the ground, all connectors and moving parts of outdoor equipment. The facility did not have a completed equipment maintenance log however, a check was completed during the visit. Ensure that routine checks are completed and documented , Swimming Pool t Applicable TOILET/BATH FACILITY , Toilet/Bath Facilities , Potty Chairs and Seats , Diaper Changing Procedures , Handwashing Facilities and Use HEALTH PROGRAM , Written Instructions , Parent tification , First Aid Supplies Sec (e) First Aid supplies must include band-aids, disposable gloves, cotton balls, sterile gauze squares and rolls, adhesive tape, thermometer, tweezers, scissors, pre-moistened wipes, soap, and a first aid manual. The facility s supplies did not include [ adhesive tape ]. Add the item(s).
