The quality of the facility's staff is key to the quality of the program. The staff noted on the previous inspection have provided their proof of education, bringing this area into compliance by the due date and 65C , Personnel Training This area was brought into compliance by the due date , Minimum Age Requirements Health Requirements The staff member noted on the previous inspection corrected this by the due date. Sec (b) Prior to the first day of employment, all child care personnel shall have a health assessment statement documented on the. 8 Card, Physician's Statement of Good Health for Child Care Facility Personnel. The statement must be updated every two years. A current. 8 card was not on file for staff as noted on the attached Supplement. Secure a medical statement for any one listed and retain on file. The mouthguard on the outside fountain needs to be cleaned and , Phone/Emergency Numbers Posted Technical assistance was givne for the following: Sec (o) Emergency telephone numbers must be posted on or near all telephones. 3 The concerns noted on the previous inspection were corrected by the due date , Napping Space , Crib Requirements/Bedding , Outdoor Play Space , Outdoor Equipment , Swimming Pool TOILET/BATH FACILITY , Toilet/Bath Facilities Sec (c) At least one bathtub, shower, or deep sink shall be available for bathing children. The facility did not have a tub or shower readily available for emergencies. The shower cannot be used for storage. The inside of the medicine cabinet in the VPK room is rusty. Replace any missing caps on the base of the toilet.
