10 Standardized Wording of Licence Conditions Standardized wording to allow consistent use of licence conditions across all Class I nuclear facility licences Requires licensees to operate within the licensing basis set by the Commission Requires licensees to notify CSC of changes which may impact operation within the licensing basis Requires licensees to implement and maintain programs as approved by the Commission and referenced in the License Condition Handbook (LCH) 10
