9 Stakeholder Engagement Stakeholders have the opportunity to participate in the CSC s regulatory decisionmaking process CSC established a Participant Funding Program (PFP) PFP assists eligible applicants to meaningfully participate in CSC regulatory processes for major nuclear facilities including environmental assessments, licensing activities and Commission meetings 9
