(a) Initiative: Manageme Training The Licensee conducts regular training programs for manageme level personnel which outline EEO requirem and discuss how to preve discrimination, harassme, etc. The training involv the station s general manager, program directors, promotions directors, sal managers, human rourc departme and webmaster. (b) Initiative: Iernship Program The stations have an tablished iern program digned to assist members to assist members of the community to acquire skills needed for broadcast employme. During the curre reporting period, The Station had 0 iern(s). Ierns are eligible to receive academic credit for participation in the program. (c) Initiative: Station Tours The Licensee station tours for local schools, Cub Scout troops, etc., upon requt. (d) Initiative: Career Fair: The Stations participated in a Career Fair at California Baptist University on Wednday, February 22, Hiring managers from Sal, Promotions and Programming were in attendance at the eve and numerous rum and applications were collected. 6
