2 OFFICE MARKET REPORT KATOWICE Katowice is one of the largest office markets in Poland with high potential for BPO and SSC Upper Silesia is characterized by availability of human resources, great office space and a developed transportation infrastructure. Upper Silesia is developing as an excellent location for tenants from the BPO and SSC sector. Currently, the majority of modern office space is in dispersed across different sites in Katowice. The Katowice office market receives more and more interest from international companies, including tenants from the BPO and SSC services sector. Relatively lower rents compared to other cities in Poland are an attractive incentive for the tenants. The Upper Silesia region is formed from large urban areas, including the largest in Katowice, which in addition to convenient terms of the lease, can offer a large number of graduates as well as employees with experience.
