Company History The company was founded in February 2004 as a consulting company based in Jelenia Gora near by Wroclaw in Poland. First, the company of the German CEO Daniel Blotenkämper and its Polish director Magdalena Zeprzałka have been operating over three years as a general partnership. Since the beginning has clearly focused on services to foreign companies, which plan an entry into the central European country, either having already realised their market entrance or those seeking to position themselves on the Polish market. On 1 March 2007 the legal status of the company was converted into a LLC.

In the last years as project manager on numerous projects concerning export consulting and business establishment in Poland. Key sectors: tourism, hotel industry, food and beverage, machinery and equipment, metal industry, construction Languages: German, English, Polish, Spanish, French Professional Experience Since 2004 he has been managing director and co-partner of the Polish consultancy Sp.z.o.o.. In 2004, Daniel Blotenkämper joined the advisory board for management consultancy with the Allgäubased competence centre for corporate development and consultancy (KUBE e.v.). Before changing to Poland Consulting Services he worked for the audit and hotel consulting company Pannell Kerr Forster (PFK) in Munich, where he was responsible for hotel evaluation and feasibility studies. He completed his degree in Marketing and Management Studies at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich with special emphasis on hotel trade and conferences including studies at the University of Malaga/Spain. He is the author of various market studies on the Polish wine, jewelry, confectionery, tourism, road construction and feed industry. Magdalena Zeprzałka Managing Director Specialised in the creation of market studies, benchmarking studies with application of Success Resouces Deployment and strategy development. In the last years as project manager on numerous projects concerning market entry and investments in Poland. Key sectors: pharmaceuticals, computer science and telecommunications, banking and financial sector, real estate, arlines Languages: Polish, German, English Professional Experience Since 2004, she has been managing director and co-partner of the Polish consultancy Sp.z.o.o. She worked as a consultant in German consulting companies for projects in Poland and as a market analyst with Siemens Mobile in Munich. She completed her marketing and management studies at the University of Applied Sciences in Kempten/Germany with special emphasis on corporate development and consultancy as well as banking, finance and investment economy. She also completed a degree in Tourism Management Studies at the University of Krakow. Since 2004, Magdalena Zeprzalka has been active as area manager for Poland with the Allgäubased competence centre for corporate development and consultancy (KUBE e.v.). She is the author of a SRD benchmarking study on the European airline industry and of various market studies on the Polish banking software, pharmaceutical, e-health and real estate sector.
