The outline of the project was discussed by Kathleen Farrell, P.E., 5Year Road Program Manager. The committee voted to allow 6% local work for HDR s subconsultant Avirom because their subconsultant questionnaire showed 0% outside the county work despite their mistaken total work amount of 5% shown.
