1 ASAP Toronto Activities Official Rules For use in all ads: The ASAP Toronto Official Rules ( Activities ). Open to all Canadian and U.S. residents during promotion period (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, U.S. Territories and Possessions, and wherever prohibited by law) who are of the age of majority in his/her state/province/country of residence as of date of entry. The Activities (starts June 29 and ends July 29, 2017) (all times EST) Activity 1: ASAP in Toronto Tokens Avail by simply registering to TFC Live Events App (app download and registration is

2 needed to qualify), then visit the TFC Live Events booth at the Heritage Court, Enercare Center on July 29, 2017 starting at 11am. Present the available QR Code within the App to a TFC Representative to claim your token. Tokens available while supplies last. Approximate Retail Value of token ( ARV ): CA$2.50 Offer has no cash value. No cash or other alternative to a prize will be offered. Activity 2: ASAP Meet and Greet Promo Avail by simply registering to TFC Live Event App (app download and registration is needed to qualify), the first 150 registrants will get the meet and greet pass on July 27, 2017 at the venue (to be determined). Winners will be notified through a notification via the TFC Live Event App. To claim, just present notification within the App to a TFC Representative with a valid government ID. Approximate Retail Value of token ( ARV ): CA$30 per photo. Offer has no cash value. No cash or other alternative to a prize will be offered. Activity 3: ASAP T-shirts Giveaway Avail by simply registering to TFC Live Event App (app download and registration is needed to qualify). Cut off time for registration is on July 28, 2017, 12mn. Raffle will happen on July 28, 2017, 6am. Announcement of winner is on July 28, am. To claim, just present notification within the App to a TFC Representative with a valid government ID at the TFC Live App Booth at the Heritage Court on July 29, Approximate Retail Value of token ( ARV ): CA$20. Activity 3: Kapamilya Ka-Face Mo ASAP Ka-Face mo is a celebrity look-alike contest. Join by (1) registering on the TFC Live Events App and (2) by submitting a photo of the registrant along with the photo of the kalook-alike artist at the registration page of the TFC Live Events App. Deadline for submission of photo entries is on July 21, 2017 at 11:59PM. One entry per person/registrant only. Five photos/entries will be chosen as Finalists on July 22, 2017, based on the sole discretion of the Sponsor subject to criteria posted on the TFC Live Events App. The 5 Finalists photos will be posted on the TFC Live App poll for voting. The entry with the most number of poll votes until July 29, am wins the contest. Prizes: The winner will receive a special prize from the sponsor ( ARV is at CA$100) and a photo op with his/her choice of ASAP Artist ( ARV is at CA$100). No other alternative for a prize will be offered. Activity 4: Filipino Ka, Sabihin Mo Filipino Ka, Sabihin Mo is a quiz bee that will test the participants skills in Tagalog English translation. The activity is open to all Filipinos and naturalized Canadian or US citizens with at least one Filipino parent, from ages 7 to 15 years old only, who are also event ticketholders. Registration of participants in this activity may be entered only through the TFC Live Events App (registration period: July 1-25, 2017). Rules on required consent from parents/guardians for minor participants apply. A maximum number of 10 Contestants will be selected by the Sponsor via random draw/raffle, and names of the Contestants will be announced and they will be notified

3 through the TFC Live Events App on July 27, To qualify, notified Contestants will be required to sign the Consent and Release Forms before the quiz bee event on July 29, 2017 at the RICOH Coliseum. Prize The grand winner will win a cash prize of $100. No other alternative for a prize will be offered. Activity 5: Ka-FUN-milya Parlor Games Open to valid ASAP in Toronto ticketholders only. No in-app pre-registration needed. Contestants will be picked from the audience and will form a team. There will be a total of 3 (three) parlor games. Prizes: Winners will get gift packs. ARV: $50. No cash or other alternative to a prize will be offered. Activity 6: ASAP Fanatic Ka Ba? Open to valid ASAP in Toronto ticketholders only. ASAP Fanatic Ka Ba? is a Pera O Bayong inspired game wherein 50 registrants from the TFC Live Events App (app download and registration is needed to qualify) will be drawn. ASAP trivia questions will be asked and contestants must select from the choices to signify their answer, until they are trimmed down to one winner. Prize: The winner will receive a Certified ASAP plaque signed by the Kapamilya stars along with a TFC gift pack. ARV: $50. No cash or other alternative to a prize will be offered. ON BOOTH ACTIVITIES All participants are required to download the TFC Live Events App (app download and registration is needed to qualify). To participate in the booth activities, please refer to the mechanics below: BOOTH 1: Tawag ng Tanghalan Road to Las Vegas Audition Booth Global Tawag ng Tanghalan ( Global TNT ) is the worldwide search for the global singing champion with the North America ( NA ) regional finals at Showtime Las Vegas scheduled in September North America winner then flies to Manila for a chance to compete at the grand championship. NA Terms and Conditions for the Global TNT apply. During the ASAP in Toronto daytime activities, interested contestants can go to the booth to record their audition and upload it. Global Tawag ng Tanghalan General Terms and Conditions below: The competition is open to all Filipino citizens or of Filipino lineage living or working in Canada or US from the time of submission of video entry up until December Participants should be at least 14 years of age and above. Join by (1) submitting a video showcasing the Participant s singing ability (See GUIDELINES of video entry below) through our Tawag ng Tanghalan submission of entries booth along with their personal details (See GUIDELINES of personal details below) and (2) by signing a waiver/release form in a separate link. Participants may submit as many entries as they wish through the Global TNT Facebook Page but only their first entry shall be considered the official entry to the contest.

4 GUIDELINES FOR THE VIDEO ENTRY: 1. The Participant should sing in acapella. No minus one or accompaniment. 2. Video length should be two minutes long. (3mins max) 3. Video should be well-lit with clear audio. 4. Participant should have proper distance from the camera: a. Mid shot (face to hips area) at the minimum or, b. Full body shot 5. Participant should introduce himself/herself before singing: a. Name b. Age c. Country d. Reason for joining 6. Video should be uploaded in an external site i.e. YOUTUBE, VIMEO. The entry should be in link form, not the video file. GUIDELINES FOR PERSONAL DETAILS: 1. First Name, Last Name 2. Birthday 3. Address Abroad and/or, 4. Address in the Philippines 5. Contact Numbers 7. address A Global TNT Booth with a set-up of camera, microphone and a laptop with internet connection will be set up on July 29, 2017 at the event. BOOTH 2: ASAP Photo Booths Participants should be a TFC Live Events App registrant in able to take a souvenir photo at the ASAP Photo Booth BOOTH 3: TFC Summer Station ID Video Booth Open to all ticketholders. They get a chance to record themselves while dancing and singing along with the TFC Summer Station ID. Videos will be edited to flash it on the big screen. Videos will also be used for the North America version of the TFC Summer Station ID. BOOTH 4: myremit Guessing Game Participants will have to guess the amount of money the piggy bank has. The closest guess will get the amount in the piggy bank. Winners will be announced at 3pm via the TFC Live Events App. Participants should be a TFC Live Events App registrant. BOOTH 5: Oh Canada Photo Booth Participants should be a TFC Live Events App registrant in able to take a souvenir photo at the ASAP Photo Booth ON ALL OFFERS: Offer(s) is subject to change. Restrictions may apply. ABS-CBN Canada ULC reserves the right to publish photos and/or video of the participants for promotional purposes. 4. Activities with Winner(s) via Random Drawings: All winners will be selected via random draw from among all eligible entries received during the Offer Period and as defined by each activity s

Drawings will be conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to this Activity(ies) As it applies, winners may not bring extra guest(s) minor or adult. Extra guest(s) will be turned away. Odds of winning any prize are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received by the end of the Offer Period. Prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified with all needed details live or by / via TFC Live Events App when or if necessary. 5. Activities with Winner(s) without Random Drawings: All winners will be selected by registration, points by process of elimination, or any (whichever applies as defined) from among all eligible entries received during the Offer Period and as defined by each activity s rules. Process will be conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to this Activity(ies). As it applies, winners may not bring extra guest(s) minor or adult when it applies. Extra guest(s) will be turned away. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an address by an Internet Access provider, Online Service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Activity(ies) or website; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for faulty telephone communication or for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Activity(ies) which may limit the ability to participate or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Activity(ies). Sponsor is not responsible for any damage to entrant's computer/telephone in connection with accessing or downloading any information from Sponsor's Websites. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Activity(ies) if it becomes technically corrupted, and award prizes from eligible entries received prior to cancellation. You acknowledge that you voluntarily joined the Activity(ies) without any compensation and assumes all risks arising from or associated with the participation in the Activities. You hereby grant the right or license and/or represent and warrant that you have secured in writing the right or license for ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries and affiliates to use and publish or permit others to use and publish the entries for each Activities and your name, voice, photograph, video and likeness in the programs, initiatives and/or activities of ABS-CBN, its subsidiaries and affiliates, in any and all media worldwide. 7. Governing Law and Venue: The Activity(ies) and these Official Rules will be governed, construed, and interpreted under the laws of Canada. Except where prohibited, by participating in this Activity(ies), entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Activity(ies), or awarding of the prizes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Activity(ies) but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
