1 Promotional Period 1. Penn National Gaming will conduct a Walk of Fame promotion starting at 12:00 am on Sunday, January 1, 2017 and ending at 11:59 pm on Friday, March 31, Weekly drawings will be conducted during the promotional period, starting on Friday, January 6, 2017 and concluding on Friday, March 24, Four (4) winners will be selected per drawing date. 3. During each weekly drawing, winners will be selected at approximately 12:00 pm and notified by A final drawing for ten (10) Grand Prizes and nine hundred (900) runner-up prizes will take place on Monday, April 3, 2017 totaling one million dollars ($1,000,000) of Marquee Comps. 5. Total winners for the entire promotional period are nine hundred fifty eight (958). 6. All times referred to throughout these rules are Eastern Standard Time (EST). Eligibility 1. No purchase, payment or contribution necessary to enter or win. Contributing will not improve chances of winning. Void in Florida and New York and where prohibited. 2. Must be a member of the Marquee Rewards club to receive entries, other than free entries from the Free Entry Website on Marquee Rewards.com, and claim any Marquee Comp prize. 3. Must be 21 years of age or older to obtain a Marquee Rewards card. 4. No purchase necessary to receive a Marquee Rewards card. 5. A valid government issued photo ID is required to verify age and identity. Identification verification may happen through either or Skype photo exchange of ID card if person is a winner of a cruise or trip to Las Vegas. 6. Marquee Rewards members must opt-in to participate in this promotion through their My Marquee Rewards Online page on MarqeeRewards.com. The opt-in button is located on the My Offers tab of their Marquee Rewards Online profile. Opting in is free. 7. Marquee Rewards members will begin to receive entries after they have opted in. Any activities completed before the opt-in that would have generated entries will not count towards earning entries. 8. Qualifying Marquee Rewards members can win a total of one (1) time during each prize drawing. 9. If a winner of Marquee Comps is not a member of Marquee Rewards, they must become a Marquee Rewards member in order to redeem the prize. This must be completed in person at a Marquee Rewards casino/racino by presenting a government issued photo ID and their prize certificate. Page 1

Any winner of the cruise or trip to Las Vegas who is not a Marquee Rewards member does not need to sign up for Marquee Rewards to redeem, but must verify their identification to prove they are at least 21 years of age or older and not on any self-exclusion lists. How to Enter 1. Marquee Rewards members can visit MarqeeRewards.com for the Free Entry Website. 2. Each form that is submitted on the Free Entry Website will generate one (1) free entry. 3. One Marquee Rewards member can obtain up to two thousand four hundred and twenty (2,420) free entries during the promotional period on the Free Entry Website. 4. All required information for entries must be completed in full and received by Penn National Gaming to be valid. Submissions that are incomplete or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. If entries are determined to have been entered by a computer program, they will be disqualified. 5. Guests will be awarded ten (10) bonus entries for every day (date) they have rated play at a Marquee Rewards property. 6. Additional entries will be awarded to guests who complete certain tasks during the promotional period. Completed tasks are rewarded with one Star, which is equivalent to thirty (30) entries. 7. All awarded entries will be tallied and loaded within ten (10) days of completing the required action. 10. All entries awarded are cumulative for all drawings. 11. Patrons receive entry multipliers based on their tier for Marquee Rewards. Celebrities receive two times (2X) entries, Producers receive three times (3X) entries, Executive Producers receive five times (5X) entries, and Icons receive ten times (10X) entries. 12. All multiplied entries will be added as entries are awarded. Drawings & Prizes 1. Prize drawings will occur weekly beginning on Friday, January 6, 2017 and concluding on Friday, March 24, Page 3

4 2. Winners will be randomly selected using a computer program, and all drawings will be filmed for verification. 3. During each weekly prize drawing, four (4) winners will be selected at approximately 12:00 pm. 5. Winners will have thirty (30) days to respond to the and book their trip or the prize will be forfeited. Forfeited prizes will not be re-drawn and is eliminated from the prize pool. 6. The first two (2) prize drawings will win a Trip for Two to Las Vegas. Package will include airfare up to eight hundred dollars ($800), two (2) nights in a Club Suite, and a five hundred dollar ($500) food and beverage credit at the Tropicana. Package is non-transferable. Winners must be present to redeem trip package. Trip to Las Vegas must travel by August 31, 2017 and blackout dates apply. Any trips not booked by the deadline will be forfeited. Once a trip is booked, it cannot be rescheduled. 7. The second two (2) prize drawing winners will receive a Trip for Two on an NCL cruise. Cruise packages include accommodations (Cabin cost), all fees, prepaid gratuities, and fees associated with the Free at Sea package. Package also includes airfare up to eight hundred dollars ($800). Package is non-transferable. Winners must be present when redeeming NCL cruise. If the trip is not booked by the deadline, the prize will be forfeited. The Grand Prize drawing will occur Monday, April 3, 2017 at approximately 12:00 pm. 11. Ten (10) winners will be chosen to win ten thousand dollars ($10,000) in Marquee Comps. 12. Nine hundred (900) winners will be chosen to win one thousand dollars ($1,000) in Marquee Comps. 13. Winners who are Marquee Rewards members will be notified via , and comps will be automatically loaded onto their account within ten (10) business days. 14. Winners who are not Marquee Rewards members will be contacted by and asked to provide a mailing address. They must provide this mailing address within 30 days or forfeit their prize. They will be sent a certificate good for $1,000 or $10,000 in Marquee Comps that can be redeemed at any participating Marquee Rewards property after they have signed up for the Marquee Rewards program. This certificate will be valid until August 31, Marquee Comps have no cash or retail value and are not redeemable for cash. 16. Zia Park customers will have any comp distributed as Free Slot Play at Zia Park only. 17. Approximate retail value of all prizes is one million one hundred forty six thousand four hundred dollars ($1,146,400). General Rules 1. By participating in this promotion, participants grant Penn National the right to use their name, voice, picture and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and publicity in any and all media now known of hereafter invented, without further permission or additional compensation (except where prohibited by law). 3. Persons on the Hollywood Mahoning Exclusion List or any exclusion list recognized by Penn National Gaming are not eligible to participate in this program. 4. Employees of Penn National Gaming, its subsidiaries, affiliates, or parent companies, and those family members who reside in the same household (parents, children & spouse) of Penn National Gaming employees are not eligible to participate in this promotion. 6 5. Penn National Gaming is not responsible for lost or stolen cards, cash, coupons, or lost/misdirected mail or Program benefits are not transferable between patrons. Determination will be made at the sole discretion of Penn National Gaming. 7. Penn National Gaming may disqualify any person or any entries based upon fraud, dishonesty, and violation of program rules or other misconduct. 8. Management the right to cancel, change, and modify the tournament, promotion or drawing with the prior notification to the regulating Gaming Commission, but must do so at least three (3) days prior to the commencement of the activity. 9. Use of the Marquee Rewards card indicates acceptance of these Official Rules. 10. Any change or cancellation of the program must be approved by the Ohio Lottery Commission prior to the change or cancellation. 11. Winners are responsible for all taxes incurred as a consequence of winning a prize. 12. Each entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. 13. For all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant, Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Nevada, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Nevada or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Nevada, U.S.A. 14.
