The RED Toolbox is a partnership driven, change management tool focused on adding value to growth industries to improve profitability across scaleups to enable jobs to be created and sustained. Adding value to all Australian growth industries and expanding export to more countries will mitigate risk through diversification and increase resilience in the overall economy. Regions connected to sectors, connected to groups, connected to insightful commentary, connected to news and events, connected to export markets and projects it all joins up.

15 Projects Projects Partners can suggest ideas for projects designed to help regional communities. Ideas will be posted and partners can offer to contribute to a project in some way experience, material, funding or project management. Once the project is supported it will be completed, with every stage of the project being documented and reported to partners expressing an interest in the project theme. Completed projects will be placed into a project library which partners can access for their own region. Some ideas: Aquaculture Kit for indigenous and rural communities comprising a how to guide, case studies, subsidised PVC tanks, pumps, filters etc provided by sponsors with overall project promotion and roll-out covered by major sponsor. Or Market Garden package for indigenous and rural communities comprising a how to guide, case studies, subsidised poly tunnel, pumps, irrigation, propagation materials etc with overall project promotion and roll-out covered by major sponsor. Partners can suggest projects at any time.
