2 17 TH MEETING OF THE WORKING GROUP ON RISK ASSESSMENT OECD Conference Centre, Room CC5, 2 Rue André-Pascal, Paris-16, France th March 2016 The 17 th annual meeting of the CSNI Working Group on Risk Assessment (WGRISK) will take place on th March 2016 in Room CC5 at the OECD Conference Centre, 2 Rue André-Pascal, Paris, France. The meeting will start at 9:30 hours on Wednesday 16 th March 2016 in Room CC5, Conference Centre and is expected to finish by lunch time on Friday 18 th March PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BUREAU IS ALSO MEETING DURING THAT WEEK PLEASE SEE THE DETAILS BELOW THE AGENDAS FOR WHICH WHEN AVAILABLE WILL BE DISTRIBUTED TO YOU SEPARATELY. MEMBERS PARTICIPATING IN THESE MEETINGS ARE URGED TO ARRANGE THEIR TRAVEL ACCORDINGLY. Task group leaders and other delegates wishing to present papers, reports, proposals, etc., are requested to transmit an electronic copy of the paper to the NEA Secretariat Olivia Stefanuto (olivia.stefanuto@oecd.org) or Takayoshi Nezuka (Takayoshi.Nezuka@oecd.org) Andrew White (andrew.white@oecd.org) By 11 th March 2016, at the latest if prior distribution is required. Please note that reproduction of documents takes considerable time and because of the meeting venue the Secretariat cannot guarantee that copies will be available for distribution if received after this date. Alternatively, delegates are invited to bring 40 copies of documents with them for distribution at the meeting. Delegates participating are advised that the security arrangements in force at the OECD include the obligation to present an identity document bearing a photograph. This document may be requested at the time of issuing delegates cards for the meeting. It should also be presented subsequently together with the card every time OECD premises are entered for the outside. It is desirable that the delegates are aware of this requirement in order to avoid any difficulty in obtaining entry. All designated participants should communicate their names and addresses to the NEA Secretariat as soon as possible, but not later than 4 th March In order to assist the administration of this meeting and due to new policies regarding security at the OECD and NEA it is essential that attendees pre-register. The Use and Developments of PSA in NEA Member Countries Delegates are invited to present NEW elements of PSA programmes or NEW developments in guidelines within their respective countries and provide concrete examples. It is expected to have 1 presentation per country. Presentations should be limited to 5 minutes. Information should be restricted to new issues or topics or updated information since the update of the 2010 report on the Use and Developments of PSA in NEA Member Countries (see later in programme of work also). In addition, member countries are requested to highlight any relevant post Fukushima initiatives in this area. Written submissions supporting the presentation would be highly appreciated and will help the NEA Secretariat for the preparation of the Summary Record. 5.
