The Social Housing Innovation Fund helps Regionally administered social and affordable Housing Providers pay for: Accessibility Green Initiatives Recreation and Leisure Spaces Community Programs and Initiatives Innovation and Partnership How to complete this form Housing Providers must complete this form and attached any required supporting documents to apply for funding from the Region s Social Housing Innovation Fund. The form has separate sections for each type of project. Part A Housing Provider Information: This section must be completed. Part B - Project Information: Complete the sections that apply to your project(s). Make sure you attach the supporting documentation identified for your section(s).
