Independent or self-funded enterprises may also apply for membership. Offices in the east wing of the building will range between $700 and $900 per month. All renderings and photography are artists conceptions and are not intended to be an actual depiction, all of which are subject to change without notice.

Other community members desiring preferred access to the spaces for events and programming will be able to apply for

6 Remote and freelance professionals and teams without need for private office space will be able to apply for membership access to the shared spaces, amenities and professional services offered, starting at $350 per month. Other community members desiring preferred access to the spaces for events and programming will be able to apply for social memberships, which start at $150 per month and are available to 100 members of this type. SHARED WORKSPACE & SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP

7 VAULT VIRGINIA OFFICE SPACE TO VAULT YOUR WORK EQUITY PARTNER Equity partnership is available. Board membership is available to partners holding an equity stake of 5% or more. Investor terms are strong encouraging private equity as a significant source of funding and active engagement among vested partners. PRIVATE LENDER Private loans will be accepted on a limited basis with competitive annual percentage returns to investors. FOUNDING MEMBER Founding Members include all Equity Partners and those Private Lenders making loans of $25,000 or more. Those interested in paying for one or more years of membership value up-front will be able to do so at a discount equivalent to 7% APR amortized over the membership term.
