39 Grant Transfers Suzanne Alstadt, Director, ORSP More Things to Keep in Mind A delay in submission of the relinquishing statement, final FSR, and final invention statement for the original institution will delay the transfer NIH will issue an NOA to UAMS to transfer the grant Prior year carryforward funds are not included in the NOA.
