13 Some preconditions Legal basis for the Registry DG ENV will discuss later today on a successor for Decision 2012/795/EU opportunity to codify the basics of the Registry INSPIRE DG ENV will ensure with INSPIRE colleagues that the final data model and code lists (to be approved in March 2017) are acceptable in the long term in terms of INSPIRE compliance All Countries expected to report during the last quarter of 2018 otherwise the dependent systems (i.e. E- PRTR/LCP) will not work 13 - IEEG and E-PRTR Expert Group
