23 Recommendations from TCC on QS review TC Chairs recognized the current QS reviewing process takes long time and agreed to adopt a new scheme. Idea 1 Inter-RMO submissions by JCRB are automatically approved after three weeks of no-response from RMOs. A similar scheme applies to QS review in APMP. Idea 2 Assign three reviewers. Approval by at least one reviewer is necessary. No response after three weeks from the review request by TCQS chair is automatically recognized as approval. To set QS submission campaign period Reviewed QS is valid for the next two years. Redundant QS reviews are simplified when multiple submissions are made successively.

24 Recommendations from TCC on QS review Some CMCs have already been published without having QS reviewing. JCRB doesn t check whether the submission has passed the QS reviewing. APMP members confirm QS reviewing must be completed before Inter-RMO submission.

Wang - Announcement for participant will be opened on Nov ( 8 or 10 country) - Micropipettes and uncertainty equations are same as CCM KC because of stability. Dr. Wang 5.4 Next pilot labs for the APMP.FF.K2.1,(5-60) kg/min: TC Chair - Low flow range in hydrocarbon for KC is not suitable for CMS - If we divided it two APMP KC for hydrocarbon and water, simpler transfer standard flow meter can be used. - In the range 5-60 kg/min with hydrocarbon, only VMI and NMIJ are possible to participant in APMP KC. - The linkage with other RMO for KC results is required.
