1 REGULATIONS OF THE DRAW «DESTINATION RUNNING LUFTHANSA» ARTICLE 1 ORGANIZERS Lufthansa German Airlines, foreign registered company, with headquarters on 30 Avenue des Fruitiers, Saint-Denis, France, registered to RC Bobigny , is organizing the "Destination Running Lufthansa" raffle game, with obligation to registration on the site The registration is free of charge, and the game will be valid between 21 September 2016 and 14 November Move4More, simplified joint-stock company, with a capital of euros, with head office on Lamartine Street, No 6, Paris Cedex (registered in the S.C.R. de Paris, n ), is the technical partner of the site Move4More will conduct the final draw, using a random algorithm among the participants fulfilling the conditions set out below. This draw is entirely and exclusively subject to this Regulation. SECTION 2 - ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES Participation in the competition implies the candidate s acceptance of this Regulation, without reservation. Any person infringing with one or more articles of this Regulation shall be deprived of the opportunity to participate in the draw, or even disqualified. SECTION 3 - REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION Participation in the prize draw is open to any individual regardless of age, with access to the site except for members of the staff of the organizing companies, companies who participated to its promotion and/or its implementation as well as to members of their families (spouses, ascendants, descendants, brothers and sisters). Minors are allowed to participate in the present draw, under the responsibility of their legal representatives.

2 Only one application per person (same name, same surname, same address) is allowed. In the case of multiple applications, the participation will be completely invalidated. To enter the draw for 2 (two) Lufthansa Premium Economy Class tickets worth 3000 (total value) to any chosen destination mentioned on the competition s website, an individual must register on the site complete as a team the 3 challenges, consisting in a running race with a duration matching the flight time needed to reach the chosen destination and two bonus challenges, between 21 September and 14 November To enter the draw for 2 (two) Camera GoPro Hero 4 worth 400, an individual must register on the site complete as a team the 3 challenges, consisting in a running race with a duration matching the flight time needed to reach the chosen destination and two bonus challenges, between 20 September and 14 November To enter the draw for 4 (four) watches Garmin Vívoactive HR Sportuhr worth 260 each, an individual must register on the site complete as a team the 3 challenges, consisting in a running race with a duration matching the flight time needed to reach the chosen destination and two bonus challenges, between 20 September and 14 November To enter the draw for 45 (forty-five) running Bracelets worth 10 each, an individual must register on the site complete as a team the 3 challenges, consisting in a running race with a duration matching the flight time needed to reach the chosen destination and two bonus challenges, between 20 September and 14 November Each 'bonus' challenge will multiply by two the participant s chances to the draw. Users who have fulfilled all these conditions will be called "finishers". The Organizing Companies reserves the right to refuse any participant whose athletic performance over this period cannot be categorized as "human." The participants not complying with one or the other participation conditions contained in this Regulation will be automatically disqualified. ARTICLE 4: DESIGNATION OF THE WINNERS After 15 November 2016, the races of the Participants will not be taken into account for this competition, any longer. A draw among all "finishers" will designate (from 1 St to the last prize): 1 (one) winning team for 2 (two) Lufthansa Premium Economy Class flight tickets for the destination chosen at the beginning of the competition, 2 (two) winning team for 2 (two) GoPro Hero 4 per

3 team, 2 (two) winning team for 2 (two) Garmin-Vívoactive-HR-Sportuhr per team, and 45 (fortyfive) winners for 45 (forty-five) running bracelets. Four draws will be executed by the partner Move4More, using a random algorithm, considering the participants fulfilling the conditions stated above, for each of the two categories mentioned. In exceptional cases, the Organizing Companies reserves the right to postpone the date of the draw. ARTICLE 5: AWARDS The organizers will rafle 2 (two) Lufthansa Premium Economy Class flight tickets for the destination chosen at the begining of the game, 4 (four) GoPro Hero 4, 4 (four) watches Garmin- Vívoactive-HR-Sportuhr, and 45 (forty-five) running bracelets. Prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable. ARTICLE 6: DELIVERY OF THE AWARDS The winner will be notified via , after the draw, to the address provided during registration on the site The winners authorize all verification concerning their identity and domicile (postal address). Any false identification information or false address will result in the invalidation of the winner and his/hers overall participation. The winners are required to claim their prizes within a period of 15 (fifteen) days, after the notification conducted by the Organizing Companies, via electronic mail or any other means providing proof of its date, specifying to the Organizing Companies the acceptance to receive the awards and the postal address where the Organizing Companies deliver the lot. Without a confirmation in due time, the winner will be considered to have waived his award. Except in cases of proved error, it is agreed that the data collected by the information systems of the Organizing Companies shall be the only ones to have a probative value in case dispute arises regarding the connecting elements and concerning the data processing of the game-related information.

4 ARTICLE 7 - COMMUNICATION ABOUT THE WINNERS The winners authorize in advance and free of charge the publication for commercial and advertising purposes, of their first and last names for every kind of communication linked to the present game. Also the Organizing Companies reserve the right to publish on and off-line full names and the respective prizes allocated to the winners, without conferring any rights other than the award of the prize. ARTICLE 8 - LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITIES If, for reasons beyond the control of the organizing companies, the awards had to be changed partially or completely, the winners will be presented with a prize of similar nature and equivalent value. The organizing companies reserve the possibility to shorten, extend, modify or cancel all or part of the operations of the draw if circumstances beyond their will are constraining them, and/or to ensure safety, equity, integrity or the proper conduct of the award draw. In these cases, their responsibility shall not be incurred and no compensation may be claimed. In addition, the organizer companies cannot be held responsible in the event of any technical incident affecting the smooth running of the game including the failures that might occur on hosts information systems, Internet access providers or search engines (including problems with the delivery, interruptions of communication, connection difficulties, failure of the server or the Website). The connection to the site implies the acknowledgement and acceptance by the Participant of the characteristics and limits of the Internet, particularly regarding technical performance, response times or transferring information, risks of interruption, computer viruses and more generally, the inherent risks in any connection and transmission on the Internet. As a result, the organizing companies cannot in any way be held responsible. ARTICLE 9 - PROVISION OF THE REGULATION The rules of the draw "Destination Running Lufthansa" are available for free and in full on the website and may also be sent by upon request, free of charge before 15 November 2016 (date of the day following the end of the

5 competition) to the address No request for offline mail will be taken into account. ARTICLE 10 DATA PROTECTION The personal data collected in the context of this game by Lufthansa in its capacity of data controller will be used for the following purposes: organization of this game, sending information on products and services distributed by Lufthansa and its subsidiaries, including air transport. They may also be transmitted to their partners. By completing the form, the participants accept, subject to their right of opposition under the conditions defined below, that their data and their updates are communicated to the subcontractors involved in the organization of the game, for the sole purpose of subcontracting work. According to the law from 6 January 1978, the participants have a right to access, rectify, contest and delete, any time, by contacting the Lufthansa Marketing Department, 30 Avenue des Fruitiers, Saint-Denis, France, or via lufthansa-marketing.france@dlh.de. ARTICLE 11 - MEMBERSHIP - DISPUTE Participation in the draw leads to participant s full acceptance of the provisions of this regulation, all its stipulations, and decisions of the Organizing companies, as well as the applicable laws and regulations in France. Any dispute that might arise from the application of this regulation or its interpretation shall be settled sovereignly by the organizers companies. No claim will be accepted after 8 days from the receipt of the registered letter for winners. For the other parties, no claim will be accepted after 1 month from the end date of the draw such as indicated in article 1 of this regulation. The law that applies is the French law. Participants shall therefore submit to French regulations applicable to this game. ARTICLE 12 COMPLIANCE WITH THE RULES Participating in the free draw "Destination Running Lufthansa" implies a fair attitude, meaning the absolute respect of the rules and the rights of other participants. Participants are not allowed to implement or attempt to implement any process of participation which would not strictly comply with the principles of the draw and this regulation. The Organizing Companies reserve the right to exclude any person not fully complying with this regulation. The Organizing Companies also reserve the right to prosecute anyone attempting to defraud or harm the progress of the draw.

6 The Organizing Companies may decide to cancel the draw if it appears that obvious fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever in connection with the participation in the draw or determining the winners. The Participants authorize any audit concerning their identity, age and residence. Any indication of identity or false address will result in immediate removal of their participation and may result in criminal prosecution for him who provided it. No person shall play instead of another. Subject to prosecution.
