1 MILO JUNE HOLIDAY BREAKFAST PLATTER PROMOTION Terms & Conditions: Stand A Chance To Win 4 return tickets to Bali or Langkawi or Phuket or Hanoi when you order any breakfast platter (Grilled Mushroom Breakfast Platter or Hotcakes or Hotcakes with Sausage or Big Breakfast or Breakfast Deluxe or Breakfast Supreme) Extra Value Meal ( EVM ) with a 16oz/22oz Iced MILO at all McDonald s outlets in Singapore excluding McDelivery (the Contest ). Information on how to participate in the Contest and the Contest Rules (as stated below) form the Contest Terms and Conditions. All persons registering or taking part in this Contest (the Participants ) agree to be bound by these Contest Terms and Conditions. Contest Rules 1. The Contest is open to all individual Singapore residents who are: (i) aged 18 and above as at the start of the Contest Period (as defined below). Participants below the age of 18 shall obtain the necessary consent from his/her legal parent/legal guardian before participating in this Contest and submitting any personal information, and shall furnish such proof of consent should organizers require it, (ii) not prohibited in any manner by any person, entity, authority or law anywhere in the world from participating in this Contest or any similar contest, and (iii) not employees of Nestlé Singapore (Pte) Ltd ( Nestlé Singapore ), McDonald s Singapore Pte Ltd ( McDonald s ) and their respective agencies which are directly involved in this Contest, nor these employees immediate family members. By participating in the Contest, each Participant represents and warrants that he or she has met the eligibility criteria set out under these Contest Terms and Conditions. Each Participant also consents to the use by Nestlé Singapore of his or her personal information for feedback, promotional and marketing purposes. 2. The Contest runs from 0400 hours on 28 May 2015, and ends on 2359 hours on 24 June 2015, both dates inclusive (the Contest Period ). 3. To participate in the Contest, a Participant must purchase any breakfast platter (Grilled Mushroom Breakfast Platter or Hotcakes or Hotcakes with Sausage or Big Breakfast or Breakfast Deluxe or Breakfast Supreme) EVM that includes a cup of 16oz/22oz Iced MILO from any McDonald s outlet in Singapore during the Contest Period. He/she will then receive a MILO contest card which contains a unique 6 digit
2 code number. He/she is required to send a short-message service (SMS) text to in the following format: Name <space> NRIC <space> Code Number Example: DAVID TAN S A XXXXXX A Participant may submit more than one SMS entry; on condition that for each entry he/she submits a different code number (obtained from separate MILO contest card through the purchase of another breakfast platter EVM with 16oz/22oz Iced MILO ). Each SMS is subject to the normal charges imposed by each Participant s telecommunication provider, and the Participants shall be responsible for these charges. Submission of entries must reach Nestlé Singapore at by 2359 hours on 3 June, 10 June, 17 June and 24 June 2015 for these entries to be accepted for that week s Weekly Draw to be held at 1100 hours on the following day (i.e. on 4 June, 11 June, 18 June and 25 June 2015 respectively). Proof of submission is not proof of receipt, and neither Nestlé Singapore nor McDonald s will be responsible or liable for any delay or non-receipt of submissions. 4. Only entries that are considered as complete and correct by Nestlé Singapore will be eligible. Participants shall participate in the Contest on his/her own account and on his/her own mobile phone and mobile line, and shall not submit entries or participate on behalf of other persons. Each Participant represents and warrants that: (i) he/she has obtained all necessary consents, licences and approvals required in connection with the Contest and his/her participation, and (ii) all materials, documents and forms submitted or created by him/her in connection with the Contest are original and do not infringe on the rights of any party, including but not limited to any intellectual property rights, patent, trademark or brand name registered or enforceable anywhere in the world. 5. The draw for the winners will be conducted weekly (on 4 June, 11 June, 18 June and 25 June 2015 respectively) during the Contest Period at the following venue: Sms Dome Pte Ltd 47 Jalan Pemimpin #03-01 Halcyon 2 Singapore
3 There are 4 weekly draws for 2 winners per week, all of which will be conducted by Nestlé Singapore through the means of a computerized system. A maximum of 8 winners will be selected during the Contest Period. The prizes are: Week 1 28 May to 3 June (2 winners x 4 return tickets each to Bali) Week 2 4 June to 10 June (2 winners x 4 return tickets each to Langkawi) Week 3 11 June to 17 June (2 winners x 4 return tickets each to Hanoi) Week 4 18 June to 24 June (2 winners x 4 return tickets each to Phuket) Each valid entry made has the chance to win only one prize during the Contest Period. If an entry wins a prize, it will not be eligible to win another prize. Non-winning entries of a weekly draw will not be snowballed to the subsequent Weekly Draw. Winners will be notified via phone based on the submitted contact details. Results of the weekly draws will be published on McDonald s and MILO Facebook pages as well as the local newspapers in the week after each draw or such other date as determined by Nestlé Singapore. Participants hereby agree and consent to their personal details being published by McDonald s and Nestle Nestlé Singapore on Facebook and the local newspapers, if they these Participants are drawn as winners. Notification letters will be sent to each winner for the collection of prizes. Winners shall ensure that they remain contactable at all times. If Nestlé Singapore fails to contact any winner for any reason whatsoever, it shall at its discretion elect to determine another winner in accordance with the Contest mechanism. 6. Nestlé Singapore may, without notice and at any time, substitute any prize with a prize of similar value, as determined by Nestlé Singapore. Prizes won are given out on an as it is basis, and are not transferable, or exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Winners shall collect their prizes in person, and shall comply with and be bound by all terms which the prizes may be subject to. To the extent not prohibited by law, all warranties and representations in connection with the prizes are expressly excluded. The date(s), time(s) and venue(s) for the collection of prizes are as follows: Date: No later than 31 Jul 2015 Venue: Sms Dome Pte Ltd 47 Jalan Pemimpin #03-01 Halcyon 2 Singapore Time: 0900 hours 1800 hours from Mondays to Fridays only (excluding public holidays)

To collect their prizes, winners shall submit personally the following verification documents: (i) original proof of identity in the form as determined by Nestlé Singapore, and (ii) the original MILO contest card with unique code number. The award of prizes will be subject to verification to the full satisfaction of Nestlé Singapore. Any Participants who do not comply with the Contest Terms and Conditions will be disqualified. 8. Nestlé Singapore may, at their sole discretion, modify the Contest Terms and Conditions, make prize substitutions or cancel this Contest, without prior notice to any person. Nestlé Singapore s decision on all matters relating to this Contest will be final, binding and conclusive on all Participants, and no correspondence will be entertained. 9. Where prizes contain a specified validity period during which it should be utilized, no requests for extensions or replacements whatsoever will be entertained. Prizes which remain unclaimed by any Participant for 2 months after the announcement of the winners shall be conclusively forfeited by such Participant, and the forfeited prize will be dealt with at Nestlé Singapore s discretion in accordance with applicable laws. 10. To extent permitted by law, each Participant and any person acting on his/her behalf agree that Nestlé Singapore and McDonald s will not be responsible or liable for any loss, injury, death, claim or damage suffered by any person arising out of or in connection with the Contest and prizes, and shall indemnify each of Nestlé Singapore and McDonald s from any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred in connection therewith. 11. Nestlé Singapore and their respective affiliates, service providers and commercial partners may use all contact information and personal data provided by each Participant to conduct verification and other actions required in connection with the Contest (including but not limited to those actions stated in these Contest Rules). In addition, each Participant also agrees to the use of the above-mentioned parties of his/her personal data for any promotional, advertising (included targeted advertising) or marketing activities which Nestlé Singapore believe may be of interest to the Participant. This includes sending out marketing, advertising (including targeted advertising), communication and promotional materials to the Participants relating to any products manufactured, marketed or sold by Nestlé Singapore, and their respective affiliates. Any information, personal data and material about or obtained from the Participant may be accessed, stored or otherwise processed in any medium or format determined by Nestlé
5 Singapore, and may be transmitted across national borders for storage and/or processing. If a Participant requires access to his/her personal data or any amendment or correction to be made, or wishes to withdraw consent to any specific use of his/her personal data, please telephone the relevant Nestlé Singapore officer at To find out more about how Nestlé Singapore uses a Participant's personal data, the Participant can refer to Nestlé Singapore's Privacy Policy online at All worldwide intellectual property rights in any statement or content made or created by a Participant in connection with the Contest and any derivative works arising therefrom will be perpetually and unconditionally vested in, and owned by, Nestlé Singapore and McDonald s. Nestlé Singapore and McDonald s may use these statements/contents/works in any way they it deems fit without compensation to any Participant, and each Participant waives all rights (including moral rights) he/she may have in such statements/contents/works. 13. This Contest is governed by Singapore law, and each Participant agrees to submit to exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. 14. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials used in connection with this Contest, in particular that relating to the prizes, are the property of their respective owners. This Contest, Nestlé Singapore and McDonald s, and their respective affiliates and contractors, are not affiliated with, or endorsed or sponsored by, those owners and the owners relevant affiliates where those owners or the owners affiliates are not part of the McDonald s and Nestlé group of companies. 15. Each Participant: (i) shall be bound by and comply with all the Facebook terms and conditions of use, and grants Facebook a complete release of all liabilities which may arise in connection with the Contest, and (ii) acknowledges that the Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and that he/she is providing information to Nestlé Singapore and not to Facebook.
