1 Grants Information Kit 2nd Edition, 2017 This kit is provided with the compliments of: Jenny Macklin MP Federal Member for Jagajaga 149 Burgundy Street (PO Box 316), Heidelberg Vic 3084 P: F: E: jenny.macklin Jenny Macklin MP Jenny Macklin MP EVERY EFFORT HAS BEEN MADE TO ENSURE THE ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED. GRANTS INFORMATION IS CURRENT AS OF OCTOBER 2017.

2 WELCOME TO MY GRANTS INFORMATION KIT. One of the most common requests for information that I receive from local community organisations relates to finding grants that support the work that they do. Across our federal electorate of Jagajaga we are lucky to have almost 500 community organisations, ranging from those connected to our school communities, senior citizens groups, veterans welfare organisations, sports clubs, as well as environmental, culture and heritage protection groups, to list just a few. An ongoing task for every community organisation is to keep informed of grants programs that are available. Often the greatest hurdle is simply not knowing where to look. In this kit you will find useful information relating to grants programs that are available at federal, state and local levels of government. At the rear of this kit, I also provide information links to some great grants information websites that allow you to undertake ongoing searches for grants programs. I hope this kit also assists you in becoming aware of the very broad range of grants that are available. My office is always happy to assist and support you in the event that you locate a grant that you feel is suited to the work of your organisation. Best wishes, JENNY MACKLIN MP Federal Member for Jagajaga $
