13 ORGANIZATION REGISTRATION o Register at least 4 weeks before a deadline to guarantee verifica?on process can be completed, if accepted, in?me to apply o Previous OTF Grantees will need to update their registra?on profile; new organiza?ons will need to create a profile o When verifica?on is complete, OTF sends username and password needed to log in and access applica?on forms o Verified Org Registra?ons are valid for 12 months
14 Financial statement requirements Minimum requirements are: ANNUAL REVENUES UNDER $50,000 Statements prepared by your organiza?on ( Internally prepared ). ANNUAL REVENUES BETWEEN $50,000 & $249,999 A complete set of financial statements prepared outside your organiza?on by a licenced public accountant. (Include a No?ce to Reader or Review or Audit.) ANNUAL REVENUES OF $250,000 OR MORE A complete set of financial statements audited by a licensed public accountant. Financial Statements are not required of First Na?on, Mé?s, Inuit communi?es, or small municipali?es with a popula?on of 20,000 or less.
