Mr. Ali Mohammad Sagar, Hon ble MLA to move the following Cut 1. I move a cut of Rs.100/- in demand No:21 in order to discuss the reasons for non functioning of timber depot in Khanyar. 2. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in Demand No. 21 in order to discuss details of the appointments made in Forest Department in 4 th Class or any other Category, Seasonal Labours,, Daily wagers and Workers on Contractual Basis also procedure followed since last three years. 3. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in Demand No. 21 in order to discuss the quantity of timber exported during last three years and sale thereof under different categories alongwith the proposal of opening of new sale centre in the State. II. Mr. Mubarak Gul, Hon ble MLA to move the following Cut 1. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in Demand No. 21 in order to discuss year wise and constituency wise number of fire incidents in the forests alongwith the total number of cases registered and arrest if any, made in this behalf. 2. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in Demand No. 21 in order to discuss the number of forest smuggling cases registered during the last three years alongwith the action taken in each case. 3. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in Demand No. 21 in order to discuss the steps taken for increase the number of Hangul and for their preservation/conservation alongwith the details of survey if any, conducted in this regard. 4. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in Demand No. 21 in order to discuss year wise and area wise the man animal conflicts registered during last three years along with the steps taken for checking the same.

I move a cut of Rs.100/- in demand No:21 in order to discuss the reasons for inordinate delay in regularization of Special Forest Division, Kulgam, created in and the time by which it is regularized to make it fully functional. 2. I move a cut of Rs.100/- in demand No:21 in order to discuss the need for permitting those Rehabar-e-Janglat appointees pursuing Phd. to complete the course; keeping their appointment in tact without financial entitlements as was done in case of Rehabar-e-Ziyarat Vide Circular No:Agri/NG/53/2002-Gen dt and need for fixing B.Sc.forestry as basic qualification for the direct recruitment of ACF/Rangers/Foresters/Dy.foresters/forest guards, as B.Sc Forestry was introduced way back in 1985 at SKUAST-K. 3. I move a cut of Rs.100/- in demand No:21 in order to discuss the details of the daily wagers/casual workers of Special Forest Division, Kulgam whose Aadhar based biometric registration has been completed through NIC and forwarded for regularization. 4. I move a cut of Rs.100/- in demand No:21 in order to discuss delay in the creation of 3-Eco Bns. to preserve and protect environmental heritage and ecology in the state; steps taken for promotional avenues for migrant employees of forest department at Jammu and status of construction of Environmental park at Arrigutnoo Kulgam indicating also the delay in releasing the wages of four casual labourers engaged working there. 5. I move a cut of Rs.100/- in demand No:21 in order to discuss the quantity of timber supplied to TSDs of Kulgam constituency for the last two years indicating also the details of the beneficiaries provided timber; the details of applications pending for sanction/issuance of timber in these TSDs and the status of opening of new TSDs in Kulgam constituency. IV. Mr. Nawang Rigzin Jora, Hon ble MLA to move the following Cut 1. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.21 in order to discuss the proposal for wild life sanctuary in Leh district. Whether this is being done after proper public hearing, especially around Pangong lake V. Mr. G.M Saroori, Hon ble MLA to move the following Cut 1. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.21 in order to discuss the details of Compensation to those houses holders residing in Forest land by 5o years and now falling under agreement of PMGSY roads now. 2. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.21 in order to discuss the details of works allotted on departmental basis by SFC in Jammu division with the details of contractors/compartment along with number the amount released/expenditure made. 3. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.21 in order to discuss the criteria for appointment of incharge block foresters including the details of basic qualification and other requisite documents.

Mr. Ajaz Ahmed Khan, Hon ble MLA to move the following Cut 1. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.21 in order to discuss the time frame for completion of Forest Hut Budhan and Children Park at Dagantop in Gool Arnas Constituency. 2. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.21 in order to discuss the forest clearance of Road from Dhayangrah to Dharan Road under PMGSY and other roads taken up under PMGSY in Phase x in Gool Arnas Constituency. 3. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.21 in order to discuss the plantation drive under Social Forestry and Soil Conservation in Gool Arnas and Gulabgrah Constituency. 4. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.21 in order to discuss the claims of forest damages due to railway projects/other road projects in Gool Arnas Constituency and amount recovered/penalty imposed on railway companies/other construction agencies. 5. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.21 in order to discuss the installation of illegal batching plants from railway projects in Mahore Divion (Baralla, Sangaldan, Dharan, Dugga which are creating a lot of problems and pollution. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.21 in order to discuss the status of urban forestry in Srinagar and the steps being taken for environment and ecology in Srinagar City. 2. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.21 in order to discuss the functioning of soil and water conservation Department. for setting up of timber sale depots in Khan Sahib Constituency. 4. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.21 in order to discuss the steps taken by the Department to save the forests in the State. 5. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.21 in order to discuss the desirability of adjustment/engagement of the Forest Graduates in the Forest Department on the Pattern of Rehbar-e-Taleem/Rehbar-e-Zerat. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.21 in order to discuss the particulars of the sanctions accorded by SFC in Bandipora Constituency for the last two years.

I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.21 in order to discuss work wise details the activities taken up by soil conservation department in Bandipora Constituency for last three years. IX. Mr. Vikar Rasool Wani, Hon ble MLA to move the following Cut 1. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.21 in order to discuss the details of forest closures established in each forest division of the State funds released/expended alongwith the details of the contractors engaged for purchasing material like wire poles plants etc and criteria adopted for the same from last two years. 2. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.21 in order to discuss the year wise details of man wild conflicts list of persons killed/injured, compensation relief paid to them and steps taken to dispose of the pending compensation cases. 3. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.21 in order to discuss the status of proposal for opening of new forest sale depot and sanctioning of wild life office at Banihal. 4. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.21 in order to discuss the shortage of timber especially Gail (Kairoo) in Homshalibugh Constituency. 2. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.21 in order to discuss the reasons for not issuing 100 ft. timber each of 2014 flood victims as per the Cabinet approval and Government Commitment. for setting up/opening of timber sale Depot at Wanpoh Larm Bazar, Bhm, Uranhall, Batingoo, Redwana, kujer and other feasible areas of Homshalibugh Constituency.

Mr. Gulzar Ahmad Wani, Hon ble MLA to move the following Cut 1. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.21 in order to discuss the nonavailability of timber in various timber depots in Shangus Constituency. 2. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.21 in order to discuss the availability Divdar timber in neighboring forest areas (villages) on concessional rates to overcome the demand of Kair timber for the construction of residential houses. XVI. Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar, Hon ble MLA to move the following Cut 1. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.21 in order to discuss the details of total number of need basis/casual Labours and contingent workers engaged till December 2017 particularly to district Ganderbal. 2. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.21 in order to discuss the regularization continuation made till December 2017 and desirability to consider them for bio-metric online in Forest Department. for construction of basic infrastructure at Shah Sidiq Qlandra R.A Ziyrat (huts for devotees). 4. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.21 in order to discuss the functioning of forest Department XVII. Mr. Pawan Kumar Gupta, Hon ble MLA to move the following Cut 1. I move a cut of rupees 100 in demand No.21, in order to discuss the Cost of project alongwith copy of DPR of Zambo Zoo and source of funding with specific amount of CAMPA fund proposed and spent till date for Zoo. 2. I move a cut of rupees 100 in demand No.21, in order to discuss the pendency of forest clearance cases for construction of roads in Udhampur constituency, particularly the cases for which Funds have already been released out of CD Fund and various other schemes. 3. I move a cut of rupees 100 in demand No.21, in order to discuss the reasons for withholding the works of city forest park at Gangera Hills, Udhampur despite inauguration by the Hon ble Forest Minister in 2016 with assurance of its completion within one and half month. 4. I move a cut of rupees 100 in demand No.21, in order to discuss the total forest area under illegal occupation and the total land retrieved from encroachers till date.
