1 GOVERNMENT OF JAMMU AND KASHMIR, J&K SERVICES SELECTION BOARD, Zum Zum Building, Rambagh, Srinagar ( ***** PRACTICAL-TEST NOTICE The PRACTICAL-TEST for various remaining posts of INDUSTRIES & COMMERCE DEPARTMENT (various cadres), advertised vide Advt. Notification No. 03 of 2012, 02 of 2013, 05 of 2015 & 06 of 2015, (with complete details provided in Annexure A annexed hereunder), shall now be conducted w.e.f. and at venues & time mentioned against each, 10:00 A.M. onwards. The candidates are further informed that:- a) In case of failure to appear before the committee constituted for PRACTICAL-TEST on the schedule date, time & venue, the candidate will forfeit his/her candidature for the post and he / she will be out of consideration in the selection process. b) The candidates shall have to produce all original certificates / testimonials before the committee constituted for PRACTICAL-TEST at the time of PRACTICAL-TEST as per eligibility criteria notified vide related advertisement notification / posts. Candidates are also advised to bring Photostat copy of each certificate duly attested by Gazetted Officer with his/her seal and signature / self attested by the candidate for depositing with the Board on the scheduled date and time of PRACTICAL-TEST in addition to original documents, failing which no claim / objection in this regard shall be entertained. c) The candidates have been called for PRACTICAL-TEST provisionally and only such candidates shall be allowed to appear in the PRACTICAL-TEST who are within age, possess valid category certificates and prescribed qualification certificates before cut-off date. d) Any candidate found guilty of impersonating or submitting fabricated / tampered documents / testimonials or making false, incorrect statement or suppressing material information shall be rendered liable for criminal prosecution under law and may be debarred permanently or for a specific period for consideration of any or all recruitments made by the Board. Also canvassing / lobbying in any form will entail disqualification of the candidate. e) No TA/DA shall be paid for participation in the PRACTICAL-TEST. Mobile phones are not allowed in the office premises. 1. List of candidates and their PRACTICAL-TEST schedule for posts of Division cadre Kashmir / District cadres in Kashmir/Jammu are annexed hereunder as annexure B. 2. This notice along with all the annexure ( A, B ) is also available in the office of the J&K Services selection Board, Jammu /Srinagar and on the official web-site of the Board, i.e No separate call letter regarding PRACTICAL-TEST shall be given to the candidates listed in Annexure B. 4. The candidate shall bring Personal Hooks with Handles (Aari) at the time of practical test.
